Tha Mansion. Summer palace of the Guv'nor.

The Mansion was built at the "insistence" of then Governor-General William Cameron Forbes so he could have a cool mountain retreat from the hot Manila weather. He even named it after his summer cottage in New England. Spoiled guy.
