Casa Vallejo. Oldest hotel in Baguio.

Aside from the Baguio Cathedral, this hotel one of THE oldest remaining structures that was built in the city. So, want to experience living in a century old hotel? Nope, I don't think they have ghosts there though. Maybe they got too old and retired somewhere.
